Teac R3 portable Dab Radio is a portable table-top radio that is available in black colour. It comes with a dimension of 236 x 127 x 132 mm and weighs about 1.3kg. It can be operated either through the battery or through the mains. Once the batteries are charged it can work continuously for 3 to 3.5 hours. It is capable of working with frequencies in the range of 87.50 MHz to 108.00 MHz (50 kHz step) . It comes with LCD display with stereo sound system when the headphones are used. There are about 5 preset stations available in this model DAB radio.

Teac R3 Alarm Clock Dab Radio features scrolling text, which displays information related to music titles, or details regarding the programme or the station. Integrated rechargeable Ni-MH battery comes with this DAB radio. To protect the batteries from damage, this model radio shuts off automatically. Also this model DAB radio comes with alarm function that helps you to set time based on your work schedule. It is also available with blue backlit feature, headphone socket, digital clock and sleep timer. If alarm button is pressed to stop snoozing, then the timer also turns off. The clock is automatically set when the DAB broadcast is received. The out power is about 2.5W and comes with 3 inch full range speakers. This DAB radio is capable of capturing almost every station in Europe . It is available with bass treble tone control and comes with 5 years warranty.

Snooze

This button can be pressed w hen the unit is turned on by the timer to turn the unit on standby for 5 minutes.

Sleep

This button may be pressed to enter the sleep timer setting mode or to check the remaining time.

Alarm

This feature can be used when the timer needs to be set and also when the timer status needs to be checked.

Auto Scan

This button may be used to scan all the stations that are available in UK .

Telescopic antenna

This feature is helpful when you need the best reception for some particular channel. The antenna may be rotated accordingly towards the desired direction.

Standby / On

This feature is helpful when you need to actually put the DAB radio in Standby/On mode. This button is also helpful when the battery runs out of charge. Standby/On indicator light blinks when the battery is about go down.

If you want the timer stop working then press the Standby/ on button or Alarm button.
